@alajef5111 Hey, Yes it does have extra support in the bust, there is also a snap inside that closes around the bust that also helps with extra support incase you do not want to wear a strapless bra. At the time I wore a 38'D and this is the first comfortable strapless dress Ive worn in a wedding. I also didnt have it altered so the length will fit you at 5'8. It has been dry cleaned and in a garmet bag,only worn a couple of hours during the wedding & we all changed before reception.
