Elegant Evening Dress

NWOT- Gorgeous shimmering black 90% polyester, 6% metallic, 4% spandex material, pullover, sleeves less, bell shape bottom, also two small holes on the hem, as seen in the photo, I purchased this dress at Burlington, and did not notice the holes, only until I removed the tags, never worn.
