Elegant Art Deco style watch

Pretty deco style watch with glow in the dark hands and a Tiffany blue croc embossed leather band. This has been worn once. This watch does not have a working battery and will need a new one. The crystal is perfect. Buckle, band and watch approx 9” total length. I am unable to find a brand on this watch.
