Electric blue cocktail dress

Dazzling electric blue dress with rouching and crystal brooch details. Short dress - falls just above the knees on 5'1" - size says 7/8 but fits more like a size 5. This garment is in great condition was only worn twice - has been laundered since. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
