Comes in a plastic pink box with a metal latch, Inside has a mirror that sits in the middle underneath the lid. It has the word, LIGHT engraved and the label, Electric Charm Curl 16 in Black lettering on the top of it. On the left hand side has 8 heating copper poles to heat up the rollers and the other side has 8 poles to cool the rollers. The right side where the rollers cool lefts up and is storage for the cord. The middle has the plug in spot, red light indicator and a compartment to hold the pins (24 pins comes with it, one (1) pin is missing). This has been tested and works.
