Electric Blue Mori Lee Formal V-Neck Dress

Electric Blue Mori Lee dress that I have worn once. It was actually a bridesmaid dress, but it’s cute enough that it could be worn for other formal needs. Chiffon overlay, with ruched details on bust and waist. Deep V-neck, hits about knee length, maybe a little below, on me, at 5’2”. Tag says 17/18 but fits like a 16. Small spot on the front of the dress, visible in pictures, but I haven’t tried to get this out.
