The medium-rise waistband offers plenty of coverage and flexibility in the waist. Fabric is 77% polyester / 23% spandex. Approximate measurements: Waist is 16” Length is 13” It has a small spot on the left bottom pleat (see last pic), otherwise it’s in excellent used condition.
