Are these cuffed at the leg or is it just the pic? Also size chart, I never wore this brand. Are the a 10-12 or a 8-10.thanks

@mmsweat1 hi there! The shorts are not cuffed at the bottom, it’s a ruffle. Also, I normally wear a size 10 and these fit a bit large on me. Hope this helps!
