lymker Yes. The waist band is elastic so it's pretty forgiving in size. I've worn it at my hips and also higher on my waist.

lymker @sellie1431 Yes! This skirt fits like a large, however the waist band is elastic so I think it could fit a medium and maybe even an extra large. I've worn it high on my waist and also low on my hips and it fit great both ways. :)

lymker @kristin6969 thanks for understanding. Lying flat (so double measurements for the circumstance) it measures 15.5 inches across but the elastic waist stretches upwards of 25 inches. From the top of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt is 19 inches long. Please let me know if you have anymore questions. 😊
