Elan 8-WAY dress/skirt

Worn once , see photo. There’re 8 ways to wear this dress. It’s unreal and so cool. Excellent quality. I’m pretty sure it’s one size but it fits me pretty good but a little loose now that I lost weight. I’m a size XS. So this would be good for a small.
