This is a great long length blouse by Elaine Turner in a gray animal type print with her signature name in the fabric . It’s a size small measuring about 19” pit-pit and back length 32”. It’s polyester and cold water wash. It’s a V neck slip over the head , no buttons. There are covered buttons on the sleeves.
