eko core 500 stethoscope used only once or twice, no box, no damage, a couple very minimal (you have to look for it) rub off of color from my bag. works great, just not for the care area i need. bought from Figs for limited edition mauve color. charger not included but any standard usb-c (android or newer iphones) charger works**
