kalamagick @bbrzezinski sorry, just saw your comment! I wear a small and they are a bit tight, but I'd rather have that than loose since they are base layers. I'm 5'6", 118 lbs. I think an XS would fit you better than an xxs since the waistband is tight. I would't recommend a small.
