It is a very soft 90% organic cotton and 10% spandex. It has 3/4 length sleeves. -length from shoulder to lower hem: 32 in -bust- 40 in -widest dimension- 46 in I am 5 ft 8 in tall, 140, and usually wear an 8 and it fits me just fine, so don't let the XS throw you. I wore it twice.
