Look gorgeous and feel luscious in a soft black velvet tunic by Eileen Fisher. This ballet neck top with dropped shoulders and 3/4 sleeves is a classic example of the understated elegance EF is known for. It's figure flattering and amazingly comfortable to wear (fabric is 82% rayon and 18% natural silk). Laid flat, shoulder width is 18", chest is 22" across and sleeves are 15" long from dropped shoulder seams. Total length of top is 32". New with tags attached, never worn and in pristine condition!

Is the cuff on the sleeve elastic or does it have a finished edge of voile

The cuff is simply hemmed velvet like the rest of the top. I've added another close-up photo of the cuff that's shows it inside and out.
