Eile Tahari silk velvet dress with sash

Elie Tahari silk and velvet dress. Beautiful beaded sash. Body of dress is lined but the sleeves are sheer for 3/4 (until you get to the velvet down by the wrist cuff area). Beautiful collar and button neck on the back. Has a nice weight lining the bottom so while it's a flowy dress it's not one where the bottom will flow in the wind. Deep rust color, excellent condition, size 8
