kales404 @marlkj hi Jenny, many of the gems have popped out of the bracelet. I took it to my jeweler and they said the shape of the bracelet was compromised, which is causing the gems to pop out. I called Effy and they said they could repair it (at a cost), but need to know where it was originally purchased, the name of the purchaser, and email address. Can you help me? I saved up for months to buy myself a bracelet I hoped to wear for years so I am absolutely devastated.

kales404 @marlkj never. I put it on my wrist the second I received it. I’m not sure how to send pics over poshmark. Do you have an email? The jeweler showed me that it’s not a circle so it was bent at some point and that will continue to cause the gems to pop out over time.

kales404 @marlkj Poshmark will not allow me to open a case because I already marked it as accepted. This is a really big financial hit for me as, again, I saved for months for a bracelet that I hoped to have for years. At the very least, could you provide me with the original purchasers name, email and where they purchased it from so I can get it repaired through Effy?
