SALE! Effie's Heart Margot Dress - Swiss Dot 1X

This Effie's Heart dress has a more modest cut in the bodice than others. It's a beautiful fit-and-flare style with 3/4-length ruched sleeves. It looks lovely on, but it's far too long for me (at 5'4" the hem lands below my knee). It's a generous 1X. Pit-to-pit: 22" Length (shoulder to hem): 42" I've only worn this dress twice, and it's in near perfect condition. I bought it from Effie's Heart and it came with two minor manufacturing flaws (two threads poking out from seams).
