This is a fabulous tunic by Effie’s heart. Size medium. I bought it new with tags but only wore it once or twice. It’s so soft & comfortable. If you know Effie’s heart, you know how great their clothes are. It’s black with faint cream-tan stripes & red buttons. Looks great over leggings. No rips, holes or stains.
