Effanbee Storybook Collection WIZARD Wizard of Oz Doll FB1171 tag and stand

This item is for my pet and smoke free location. Aside from Some dust it’s in really good used condition. The original tag is included with this listing but it is not attached to the dog. He’s also holding some kind of like straw bundle. Not sure if there was supposed to be more to this. There is some tape holding on the shoes, I bought it this way so I have no idea if this is supposed to be there. I lost the bottom part to the stand so all that’s included is the part that goes around his belly.
