Edgy army green half zip tunic top

Army green color, half zip, though the zipper runs all the way up to the shoulder, kind of cool! Decorative buttons at sleeve. Extra button still attached. New and never worn. Labeled a size 14 but run small I'm listing it as size 12 A bin
