Edgewood Leather Strap. I believe this is a Dog/Livestock collar or Horse Noseband. Beautiful quality well crafted leather, could be a versatile piece! Edgewood makes beautiful and high quality tack. It is raised except for a spot in the middle, which I believe is a space for a nameplate. In good condition, could probably use a conditioning. On the inside by the rivets it is stamped with a “26”. Apx 31.75” from each end of the leather not include the buckle. First hole is about 24” and last hole about 28.5”. Apx .75” wide.
