Soft/flexible bag with plenty of storage pockets. Cushioned laptop compartment, one inside zipper compartment, and three other inside pockets. The outside has two large pockets and another zipper compartment. Opening on the back allows you to slip it over your rolling bag/carry-on. About 15 inches wide and 13 inches high, and 4 inches deep. There are some minor stains on the bottom of the inside and the bottom of the outside. The color is a rusty brown with black trim.
