Eddie Bauer WWII type A-8 goose down flight pants hunting snow pants ski bib

Fantastically well constructed goose-down WWII era flight trousers produced by Eddie Bauer. A-8 flight pants were designed to keep a pilot sitting still for 4 hours in -70F temperature from getting cold and by all accounts these did the trick. Size 40. Should be worn with suspenders - not included (the original pair of suspenders long gone). The exterior of these pants has taken a licking (see hole) but the interior goose down lining is pristine - no feather loss, no odors, No holes or tears on the inside.
