Eddie Bauer Sport Dress with Waist Tie

Sporty dress in blue with a waist tie. Never been worn. It does look like there is a small stain on the front near the bottom in the picture. It's not noticeable in person unless you're really looking. I must have bought it that way. I have not tried to get it out. Size isn't listed on the tags, but the price tag said small.
