Eddie Bauer Khaki Skort Size 18 Fits Like a 4.

This is a Women's Eddie Bauer khaki skort. The tag says Size 18, but I wear anything from a 6 to 12, and I couldn't get it to fasten because it was so tight. So I would more than likely say it fits likr a size 4-6. No stains, tears, or holes.
