Eci New York sleeveless waterfall top

This is an ECI New York black and grey leopard spot top. It has a waterfall ruffle in the front, scoop back with a 2 button closure at the back of the neck. I wore it to work with slacks or a skirt(I still need to list them) But it's also very cute with a pair of jeans. There are no snags or blemishes. armpit-armpit 21" length 27" It isn't form fitting so you have room to breath. Please msg me with any questions or shoot me an offer. Worst I can do is counter.
