1/2 Leather 1/2 fabric pants

Leather pants on the front and black fabric on the back. The fabric has stretch to it. No wear, rips or stains. Let me know if you have any questions! Sizing- so I’m not 100% sure what the size is on these. The inside tag says 38 but the waist measurement I got was size 26. It’s definitely not a US size 38
