Criss cross open front Bell sleeves, cold shoulders Two button on top back and zipper on back side Keyhole on back of dress Sheer but Fully lined Sz m, runs slightly smaller, but I was able to zip up and I’m a true medium. Pretty muted blue! Never worn, forgot I had this beautiful dress!!!
