worldcollection @terrykl Hello Terry. Here is a plus sized body shaper. The one you would choose is a 5XL as the sizing is more accurate verses the other one which you would choose a s/m! In this one you would step into the garment and hook the top and grab the middle of the zipper on both sides as you zip up.

worldcollection @angeldebi1 Hello Angel. I am sorry I am just logging on. You are too small in size for this sizing as this is a plus size. I would suggest an XL in another Cocoon Body Shaper. I just do not think you would find any value in this size as this goes 2XL - 5XL and you would not see the compression you wish to see. I can however refer you to other styles.

It just depends if you need the back fat covered or if you just looking for the abdominal. It is your choice. You can as an alternative get two of each.. worldcollection @graceharbin2015 Hi Grace! You are not on the size chart for this one. typically a 160 pounds is a gal who is a Large or XL in some body shapers we carry. However you are short in frame so that means you may be wider than a gal who is say 5' 8" and 160 pounds so I would choose the XXL in this one.

worldcollection @hipteezer72 Based on my own experience despite what the chart says I would choose a 4XL. The stretch in the fabric will come from the back not the front. You will need strong compression to reduce adema (water retention) which is cause of pain and infection. I have in 4XL one of each color. But in the 3XL I only see one left in Natural color.

worldcollection @hipteezer72 Yes, I have one which is one which wraps around your waist only, but you have to have good arm strength to get it on while you lay on your bed to use the eye hook to connect the loops.
