East Side Collection Dog Dress in Size Small

EUC Dog dress. Top is black velveteen, bottom is a rust colored organza material with tulle underneath. There is some fraying on the tulle with a little hole (see pic) but is not noticeable when wearing. This was worn about 3 times before my dog got to big for it. She was approximately 10-12 lbs when she wore this. It is 13 inches long and 8 inches pit to pit.
