East 5th Silver Fancy Low Heel

These are cute metallic, open toe, slingback low heels. All man-made materials. Worn a few times. I cleaned them recently. They have new shoe smell. Metallic is cracked and coming off in spots, as seen in photos. This is not from wear, it just happened over time for some reason. They have been in kept in a plastic storage container.
