East 5th Black Gray White Short Sleeves Button Up Down Blouse 12 Shells Feathers

East 5th button up down blouse is size 12. Blouse has a black background and the design is in gray and white. To me the design could be a tan, shells or feathers like a peacock tail. Blouse has a collar and is fitted for a leaner figure. Sleeves have a band for the hem. Made in Indonesia of 100% polyester. Armpit to armpit is 20” across front. Hem is curved and from shoulder to hem is about 21” long. Width of band on sleeves are 6” from side to side.
