I purchased these at a high end vintage store in Chicago, KoKo Ro KoKo. They are from the 90s and are listed as size 12 Long. However, they were sold at a current size of 28 and would fit a current size 7/8. I purchased at $100. Very rare and in great shape for being 30ish years old. MADE IN USA
