Early 80s Vintage Hand Floral Smocked Dress EVC

Absolutely beautiful!Gorgeous vintage early 1980s hand smocked dress. Made by Casual Time. In EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION! No real flaws to speak of, very very minor signs of wear. Please refer to the photos for condition as they are part of the description. I could not locate a size tag on it so measurements are included in the photos. The length photo would not fit, so length from shoulder to hem is 19.5” The perfect piece to add some vintage flare to your little one’s wardrobe! 65% polyester 35% cotton. Very nice, soft material.
