Early 2000's Forever 21 Floral Dress

Forever 21 Size Medium Black sheer shoulders with a bright but subtle floral print. Worn as a size 6/8. This dress does not have much stretch in the fabric. Does have a black liner piece for the skirt so it's not see through. Waist measures 15.5in flat across. Purchased in the early 2000's when forever 21 was still higher quality. Love this piece for conferences and trade shows. Still has a lot of life left.
