This Express skirt is circular with a 7.5” zipper in the back. The skirt has a seam around the middle for added detail. There is a 1.5” waistband for extra comfort and the skirt is fully lined. No light can be seen when held up to a window. Length of skirt measures 17”. Fabric content is 100% polyester for easy machine wash and line dry. Follow all laundry instructions for best results. The waist measures 27” complete circle. This skirt is in excellent condition with no tears or stains. It comes from a smoke free environment.
