EXPRESS size SMALL, black and white maxi skirt with thigh high slit. The waist in relaxed state measures 13 1/2 inches, but there is an elastic band on backside providing additional stretch. From waist band to hem, it measures 39 1/2 inches. The thigh high slit measures 26 1/2 inches. There is a 6 1/2 inch zipper on left side of skirt. 100% rayon.
