EXPRESS mini chiffon skirt w/ shorts under

Not sure if I should list as shorts or skirt (looks like skirt but they're technically shorts). Shorts with skirt overlay. Super cute and in excellent condition. Hot pink with white pattern. Thick elastic part on top. Great for vacation or beach day. Can fit S too
