EXPRESS low rise cropped skinny white jeans

Extremely cute for summer and never worn! They are too long on me so they do not look “cropped”. I am normally a 0 or 2, and these are a 00 and fit my waist pefexrly. They are a skinny jean, but not super fitted/tight on the bottom. Also, they are low rise so they look cute with a crop top or body suit!
