EXPRESS dressy, fitted V neck with ruched top S

EXPRESS fitted V neck, ruched top Size Small. Stretches, flattering, & great with jeans, slacks, shorts or a skirt. Layer with a jacket or cardigan for colder weather. Soft lining inside 100% polyester. Shell 100% nylon. Blue & black floral print. New without tags. Hand wash. To me it runs small. Think I was around 110-115 lbs, waist around 25-26” when I bought this. Chest ~ 14” (pic) Waist ~ 10.5 flat but if I pull the waist before stretching it’s 13.5” Length ~25” and can scoop down in front.
