EXPRESS Dress Pants with Gold Shiny Thread

These are LIKE NEW EXPRESS Editor Cut Pants - they have a light hem that can be removed - measured for me and I’m 5’3”. The picture doesn’t do the sparkle in the thread justice, they are super cute. They just don’t fit anymore!
