Black pencil skirt from Express in a size 00. This pencil skirt is high waisted and form fitting. The skirt has a small slit up the back and rouge details on both sides. The skirt has a hidden zipper on the back. This skirt is in excellent preloved condition. The skirt is missing the hook above the zipper (see photo). It seems to have fallen out in the wash.
