EXPRESS 3/4 mesh sleeve skater dress

Only worn twice! The neck of this dress sits about at collarbone level, and bottom comes to a little above the knee (or mid thigh if you’re tall 😋). Love the mesh sleeves and polka dot pattern! Haven’t found a time or place to wear this in a while, so it’s gotta go...who wants??
