kutterbest Omg I had a reality check !! I swear to you I kept 26-27" waist ALL MY ADULT LIFE UNTIL THE Addison's disease then the intense steroid such as I'm back on now - 40mg prednisone twice daily IN ADDITION TO TO ALREADY 2xdaily hydrocortisone for life- but my waist size is ready ?? 331/2!!! Natural waist - and where I like to sling them to wear is 37'!! Ha ha guess I never wanted to know - seehrk

annick100 @chalise3 you bet. These belts aren't ideal for going through jeans loops & such due to the brass pieces. So I would use a sewing tape measure (fabric), or a string, then hold against a metal measuring tape. You'll need to decide more or less where you'd prefer wearing it. That ideal 'sweet' spot measurement is what I'd like,

annick100 @chalise3 then I'd choose the belt that gives you another hole in both directions (offering it to you first of course😉). Helpful? I too will measure by hand based on # you give me. Thanks so much for looking. These are my very favorite contemporary belts. I love Karen's S belts with jeans & trousers, but these add a lot of pop to many outfits! 💚💗
