EVERYTHING under $40 is extremely negotiable

I need 99% of this stuff out of my house and off my hands! Make me an offer, bundle to save, I just need to get it out! Anything priced over $40 is negotiable as well, but prices are much more firm. As always, from a smoke free and pet free home! Thanks so much!
