This is a chic vintage tie-neck blouse by EVA LAUREL New York size 10. Fabric is 100% polyester, made in USA. Item has button-front closure and attached ties at the neck. Fabric is white, black, brown, taupe and caramel in an abstract print. Single button on each cuff. Approximate measurements are 42 inches at chest, 24 1/2 inches in length, 24 inches in sleeve length. Shoulders are lightly-padded, pads could be easily removed if desired. Gently-used condition.
