EUC*Ladies blue flowered midi skirt

EUC*Simple yet gorgeous midi skirt. 100% polyester. Skirt is dark blue with light blue and white flowers. The waist is elastic and has a lot of stretch. There is a tie at waist level but it is mere decoration and does not tighten the waist. I am 5’4 and this sits mid calf on me. waist: 30”. Waist Stretched: 39.5”. Length: 27.5”. No flaws. Sorry but the Kitty is not included. 😁
