This gorgeous Tulle jacket is perfect for spring. The collar has been made smaller and the original shiny metal buttons have been replaced with beautiful thick mother of pearl buttons. It features a double ruffle down the sides of the center 4 button front closure. Fully lined. No rips or stains. Measurements are taken flat: 19” armpit to armpit, 34” from top of shoulder to bottom of coat, 25.5” from top of shoulder to bottom of sleeve. 17.5” across waist.
