EUC american rag tunic dress

EUC american rag cie tunic dress size small. Fun prints. Has a lining underneath. It can be worn as a tunic or a dress, I think it just depends on your height and how short you like your dresses. Its too small for me but I'm 5' and if I hold it up to me it falls a little more than halfway down my thigh for reference.
